Twas the week before Christmas and I am still posting stuff.  Amazing huh.  So I was sitting here browsing for interesting and helpful tech news, and I ran across this one on removing data from MS Office.  What does this have to do with Christmas you might be asking?  Simple.  NEW COMPUTERS!!!  Christmas is a big time for folks to upgrade their old machines to something a little more modern.  When they do, they generally wipe off most data before gifting the unit to someone or some organization.

BUT…they may leave their copy of MS Office on the old machine, since it came with the machine, and they don’t want to strip it.  And THAT is where the danger lies.

So take a look at this article, and pay heed to it, even if it is NOT Christmas.
