As schools begin for the fall semester, there is always the probability your machine will act up. It is like death and taxes; it just inevitable. So when your machine acts up, try these five tips to see if you can solve the problem yourself. Your IT staff will love you forever if you can fix a minor problem yourself!
And I will throw in a sixth one, that I personally find sometimes is forgotten, but could make the difference: make SURE the computer is plugged in to a working electrical socket, AND plugged in to a functioning Internet connection.
