We had a good session Thursday discussing Progressive Web Apps and how they can enhance and simplify your web presence. For those of you who might have been interested but could not attend the live session, I am including the archive of that session in this post. Of course, if you need more information on PWA’s feel free to contact me.

Browsing news feeds, and ran across this one of particular interest. For years, you always thought of Girl Scouts and their cookie sales. Not anymore. The Girl Scouts have announced they introduced 23 new badges for STEM, or science, technology, engineering and math. This comes after the Girl Scouts recently added badges for cybersecurity.

Now this is something that REALLY caught my attention this morning. And not in a good way. A Wisconsin company is offering to “chip” it’s employees so they can scan in and around their work place, as well as make food purchases. This is very scary. I would resign from that company immediately and seek employment elsewhere.
Your thoughts on chipping employees? Where does it end?
